DERECHO DE DESISTIMIENTO

Dispones de 15 días naturales para devolvernos tu compra, a contar desde la fecha de recepción del pedido. Puedes ejercer tu derecho de desistimiento y devolver la mercancía.

Sólo necesitaremos tu número de pedido. Recuerda que puedes verlo en el email de confirmación del pedido o en tu cuenta.

Los productos deberán ser restituidos en las mismas condiciones de recepción, es decir, en perfecto estado de conservación, conteniendo todos los elementos, sin haberlos utilizado, con la confección original, incluyendo los precintos, instrucciones y los eventuales manuales adjuntos.

  •  Las circunstancias que pueden provocar una devolución son las siguientes:
    • El cliente no está satisfecho con el producto: El producto podrá devolverlo, siendo a cargo del cliente el coste de envío de la devolución del bien.
