So the refund policy does not apply to goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized. This applies to shoes and skirts clearly personalized.
I want to return my purchase, how do I do it?
You have 15 calendar days to return your purchase to the date of receipt of order. You can exercise your right to cancel and return the goods.
Please notify us of the problem before returning the products.
We only need your order number. Remember you can see it in the order confirmation email or on your Don Flamenco´s account.
Items must be returned in the same reception conditions, ie, in perfect condition, containing all the elements without having used, with the original packaging, including the seals, instructions and any accompanying manuals.
Circumstances that may cause a exchange are:
A) The customer is not satisfied with the product: The product may be returned. The shipping cost of returning the goods will be payed by the customer.
Later, after receiving the merchandise in our stores, we will refund your money, always in the same method that we have received the payment.

B) The product do not correspond to the order or it is a defective product: In this case we will cover all shipping cost for the returs of the first product and also we will cover the delivery costs for the new one
